We use the information you provide to create personalised bedtime stories, save stories to your account, manage child profiles, provide support, improve the service and keep DreamTales safe and reliable.

4. Child profiles

DreamTales is intended to be used by parents or guardians. Adults are responsible for creating and managing child profiles.

Please do not add sensitive information about a child unless it is necessary for the bedtime story experience. You can use topics to avoid if there are subjects you do not want included in stories.

5. Story content and audio

Stories are generated from the details you provide. Parents and guardians should review stories and decide what is suitable for their child.

Generated stories and audio may be stored in your account so you can access them again later.

6. Services we use

DreamTales may use trusted third-party services to provide authentication, hosting, database storage, payment processing, story generation, audio generation and contact form delivery.

These services only receive information needed to provide their part of the service.

7. Payments

If paid plans are enabled, payment processing will be handled by a payment provider. DreamTales does not need to store full card details on its own servers.

8. How long we keep information

We keep account, child profile and story information while your account is active or while needed to provide the service.

You can contact us to request deletion of your account information, child profiles or saved stories.

9. Your choices

You can update or delete child profile details from your account area where available.

You can contact us if you want to ask about the information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete information connected to your account.
