3. Accounts

You may need an account to create child profiles, generate stories and save story content.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens through your account.

4. Child profile information

You should only provide information that is suitable and necessary for creating bedtime stories.

Do not add highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable using it to guide story content. Use the topics-to-avoid settings where appropriate.

5. Generated stories

DreamTales creates personalised story content from the details you provide. Generated stories may not always be perfect.

Parents and guardians should review stories and audio before relying on them as part of a child’s bedtime routine.

DreamTales should not be used for medical, therapeutic, safeguarding, educational or professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use DreamTales to create harmful, abusive, illegal, hateful, sexual, exploitative or unsafe content.

You must not attempt to misuse the service, interfere with its security, overload the platform, reverse engineer it, or use it to harm another person.

7. Plans and payments

DreamTales may offer free and paid plans. Plan limits, features and prices may change as the service develops.

If paid subscriptions are enabled, billing will be handled by a payment provider. Any cancellation or refund process will be shown at the point of purchase or inside your account area where available.
